The Hairstyling Program at Binns Beauty Academy is designed for students who are passionate about creating beautiful, healthy hair and building a successful career in the salon industry. Through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on training, students develop the technical skills, creativity, and professionalism needed to excel as licensed hairstylists. Students receive comprehensive training in haircutting, hair coloring, highlighting, balayage techniques, chemical texture services, blowouts, styling, updos, hair treatments, client consultations, sanitation and infection control, and salon business practices. Practical experience in our supervised student salon allows students to build confidence while working with real clients in a professional setting. As a bilingual academy, we proudly provide instruction and student support in both English and Spanish, ensuring every student has the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed. Our curriculum is designed to prepare graduates for the Arizona State Board licensing examination and for careers in salons, spas, resorts, or as independent hairstylists.
