The Instructor Program at Binns Beauty Academy is designed for licensed beauty professionals who are ready to take the next step in their careers by becoming educators and mentors. This program prepares students to inspire, teach, and develop future beauty professionals while building the leadership and instructional skills needed to succeed in the classroom. Students receive comprehensive training in teaching methods, lesson planning, classroom management, student evaluation, learning styles, communication, professional development, and Arizona laws and regulations related to beauty education. Through hands-on teaching experiences and guided instruction, students gain the confidence and practical skills needed to lead a successful classroom and support student achievement. As a bilingual academy, we proudly provide instruction and student support in both English and Spanish, creating an inclusive learning environment that prepares educators to work with diverse student populations. Our curriculum is designed to prepare graduates for the Arizona State Board Instructor licensing examination and for careers as beauty instructors in cosmetology schools, vocational programs, private academies, and continuing education settings.
